Good to know
How long does a scan take?
A home of about 2,500 square feet takes 1 to 2 hours. Larger homes and offices take longer. We give you an estimate when we confirm your booking.
How should I prepare my space?
Please have the property ready when we arrive: open all doors, blinds and curtains, turn on all lights, clear counters and tables, put away personal items, move cars out of the way if they should not be in the scan, and keep pets and people out of the rooms. Make sure we can get in (gate code, keys, parking). If the space is not ready, waiting time or a second visit is charged extra. You get this checklist again in your booking confirmation and one day before the scan.
When will my digital twin be ready?
Your link is usually ready within 48 hours. Floor plans and architect files can take 2 to 5 business days. Choose express delivery if you need it the next day.
How long does my tour stay online?
Hosting is charged for the time you choose: 6, 12 or 24 months. After that you can extend it, or we transfer the scan into your own Matterport account free of charge.
Do you also take drone photos?
Yes. With our DJI Mini drone we add aerial photos and views of the outside of your property, where flying is allowed.
Who can see my tour?
Only people with your link. You decide if the tour is public, private or protected with a password.
Do you scan outside Las Vegas?
Yes. Travel within 10 miles of our showroom on West Sunset Road is free. For longer distances, also in Nevada, Arizona, California and Utah, we add a travel charge, shown in the calculator.
