Paddington Gardens is a striking residential development of high specification 1-4 bedroom apartments across 3 blocks near Marylebone in west London. The luxury apartments feature phased dimmed lighting, motorised blind control, underfloor heating control, cooling via fan coil units and ventilation control.
Ready Controls and Smart Building Solutions delivered a fully off site commissioned KNX control solution to each apartment. Each apartment had its own dedicated control panels that was delivered fully tested and commissioned off site ready to install, plug in and operate.
