Chelsea Island is more than just an address; it's a statement of modern luxury.
Hadley Property Group envisioned a residential complex where technology remains
invisible yet provides total environmental control.
The challenge was to integrate diverse building services—lighting, shading,
heating, and cooling—into a single, intuitive interface. By utilizing the open KNX
standard combined with DALI lighting protocols, we achieved a level of precision
and reliability required for a project of this prestige.
Each of the 89 apartments features bespoke finishes, including the iconic JUNG
LS990 F50 series in stainless steel, perfectly complementing the interior design
while providing tactile control over complex environmental scenes.
