Basalte keypads in the USA

Basalte is a Belgian brand of design keypads, room controllers and sensors in materials such as brass, steel, oak and stone. Smart Building Solutions supplies Basalte for KNX projects across the USA and helps you choose finishes and engravings.

Product ranges

• SentidoTouch sensitive keypad for lights, scenes, shades and music, with KNX, Crestron Cresnet and RS485 versions.
• DeseoRoom controller with display for climate, lights and scenes in one device.
• AuroDiscreet ceiling presence detector in Basalte finishes.

Installing in the USA

Basalte keypads are made for European wall boxes. Plan the boxes and mounting with your electrician early, and check listing and approval with your local inspector (AHJ) before ordering.

How Smart Building Solutions helps

We plan the KNX system, help you pick finishes and engravings, and program and commission the keypads. Basalte is on show in our Las Vegas showroom.
